How to File a Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification should contain the following information:

• Identification of the material and where it was located.
• Your full contact details (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and accepting legal service.
• Your signature (either physical or electronic).

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
